Our shop is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.

We are closed on Sundays.

We offer same day delivery within our local delivery area.

A local delivery fee of $10.95 will be added to each individual order. For deliveries outside local delivery area, this fee may vary. Any deliveries out of our local serviceable area need to be received before 12:00pm in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We handle each delivery with care. We always call rural delivery recipients for directions as well as to ensure that someone is available to receive your order. Due to such unpredictable NYS weather we rarely leave anything at a residence outside unattended unless given instruction to do so and the weather permits.

Substitution Policy: Mother Nature is a beautiful creature, but sometimes she likes to keep us on our toes. On some occasions we find ourselves in a pinch and needing to substitute a flower or two. It’s never a good idea for anyone to hold their tongue and keep their feelings bottled up inside. If the flowers you receive are not up to your standards we would like to know about it! If we don’t know about your concerns we never get the chance to make things right and give you the satisfaction you deserve as a loyal customer of Dowd’s. We all love flowers and not only because they look pretty - because they smell delicious, too. So you can imagine exactly how very sorry we are if any experience you have with us makes you wrinkle your brow like a wilted flower or leaves a bad smell in your nose. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Every rose has its thorn though, and we must confess that on rare occasions things do go awry. It truly breaks our hearts when our flowers don’t make you smile. So, if for any reason you're not absolutely 100% satisfied with your Dowd’s Flower Shop experience, pick up the phone or send us an e-mail, let us know your concerns. We promise that if your unhappiness is any fault of ours, we'll always put things right. If we are aware of your dissatisfaction within 48 hours of your purchase and/or delivery date, we will either replace your flowers or you can choose to be refunded your money 100%. We never want you to hold on to buyer’s remorse but to remember an experience that was uplifting, convenient and most of all FUN!
