We deliver to the following areas: Baldwinsville, Central Square, Fulton, Granby, Hannibal, Mexico, Minetto, New Haven, Oswego, Palermo, Phoenix, Scriba & Volney Delivery Times: We take every step possible to accommodate timed requests. Orders bound to businesses and schools are typically delivered first, followed by residential addresses. Funeral orders are given highest priority. We have delivery service for Sunday calling hours. Orders for Sunday delivery must be placed prior to 1:00pm closing time on Saturday. Delivery policies: We never leave our deliveries at an unattended residence or with a neighbor unless customer permission has been granted and the weather permits. We require the recipients phone number for all deliveries. We will not make a delivery to rural addresses without verifying someone is home to accept the gift. With permission, we can leave it there in the event that no one is home. In the case of incorrect or insufficient address and phone number, resulting in a second delivery attempt, the customer may be billed for the additional delivery. Want to know when your order was delivered and what it looks like? We send email delivery confirmations upon request with or without a photo of your arrangement. Plant Repotting
Have a plant that has overgrown it's pot, is root bound and suffering? Bring it in and we'll repot it for you. We take great care in repotting plants.
We cannot guarantee your plant after we repot it, sometimes plants simply go into shock after being disturbed from a pot they've been in for years. Perpetual Care
If you do not have the time or live out of the area, we provide services for maintaining decorations and plants at grave sites.

Water born bacteria growth suffocates your flowers to the point of dying sooner than they should, which is never good. So take the time to serve them their comfort food and your flowers will thank you. What is Quick Dip and why do we use it?Just as you enjoy your morning cup of coffee to liven you up…flowers enjoy a
jolt as well. We treat them to a process called Quick Dip. It is the flower version of caffeine. It awakens them from the droopy slumber they’ve been in since they left the flower farm. Why is it necessary to cut stems at an angle?Flowers are delicate creatures. They are made up of tiny little veins that
provide the pathway for nourishment. Fresh cut flowers require clean water, flower food and cool temperatures to provide a comfortable atmosphere for their longevity. A clean angled cut opens the veins up widest, allowing the stem to stand on its tippy toes, increasing water absorption. If left sitting flat on the bottom of the vase, this process becomes impaired. Why do we process flowers and what does this entail?Our flowers have been on a journey from California, Canada, Europe and
South America. From the moment they arrive we welcome them as our guests. We look at it this way, we are simply a bed and breakfast for these pretty little visitors that are passing through for a short rest on their way to see you! When they get here we take off their coat and any excess baggage they may have with them. We carefully inspect that they are not ill from their travels. We give them fresh water, some food and a little dip to liven them up from their droopy slumber. Then after they’ve begun to perk up, we settle them into their cool and cozy accommodations in our cooler. During their stay we play the perfect host by changing their water, keeping them safe from danger like heat, fruit, ethylene gas and other ill visitors. We give them the utmost attention and care, fully conditioning every stem and bloom, quality that ensures they last as long as possible. Why is it necessary to keep flowers in cold storage?Just as you don’t feel your best on a hot muggy day, flowers do not either.
